Muharram Muharram is celebrated as the stat of the Islamic year. It is a day off for many workers in India or other countries. What Do People Do? Muharram is the first month of the Islamic calendar. The End Of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was death on last today at 5:05 pm, August 16 2018. So Delhi Government has asked for close schools and colleges for his memory .On the occasion, the school and colleges will remain closed for a day.
